This data is necessary to fulfill your service request and is retained for the duration required to complete the booking and handle any post-booking support or dispute resolution.
The content of communications you send to us through WhatsApp or other channels is processed by us solely to understand and respond to your requests. We do not analyze, store, or use the content of your communications beyond what is necessary to fulfill your immediate service request and maintain an accurate record of the booking transaction.
